Work doesn't have to be difficult, it can be a journey of mastery made easier every day by the small things we do to support our colleagues.
Treat team members with fairness and†respect. That includes
*Not interrupting a team member during conversation
*Not getting distracted by media on the phone or laptop irrelevant to a meeting
*Never harass or threaten any team member or visitor. Harassment includes:
* Offensive verbal or online comments related to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race or religion.
* Inappropriate physical contact, and or unwelcome sexual attention.
What happens if you breach the code?
1. Depending on the severity, a warning is issued or immediate expulsion.
2.Upon 2nd infraction its expulsion or letter of notice to leave the company (or worse, legal actions). We chose you to be a part in our team, and we will stand behind you in the good times and the bad, as long as you behave ethically.
